Generate Reliance RCOM Unique Porting Code [UPC]
- First, insist you Reliance sim card on any 2G/3G enables handset.
- Wait for the network signals to appear.
- Now try sending the porting request directly via your messaging app.
- If this fails then Go to setting >> Network setting >> Enable Manual network Search >> Try registering on any network preferably on Aircel or Idea.
- Once it will get registered now follow the step 3.
- There is no need of having any Main account balance and sending porting request if free of cost.
How to generate the UPC Unique Porting Code:
- Generate Unique porting code. SMS PORT < Space > 10 Digit Mobile Number to 1900. This code can be generated while roaming as well.

I tried everything but still can’t generate UPC number for my reliance telecom. I have a UPC of Nov . As per TRAI guidelines or their notice they said that the validity of UPC is till 31st Jan 2018. But for port out , the date of which msg is received is mandatory which is valid for 15 days only. So the code generated previous month is not valid till 31st. For 31st the new date of UPC is required , what to do?
Did you tried visiting the nearest RCOM store, I guess they can generate the UPC code. I have also heard that previously generated UPC codes are also working.
I upgraded to 4g network 8 months ago but despite getting 4g network unable to send msg nor can’t latch to other operator network and get upc code.
Even 4g is also not working in gujarat.
Rcom told that it will continue 4g services but not working…

If reliance r com port any other operater what about our mony in rcom 425 rs?
You will be loosing all main and dedicated balance once you opt for the Port to any other operator.
