Many times there may be urgent need of making the call, and you ended up by check your Reliance Jio 4G Voice is in the offline state, well for this we also have a trick to fix this issue with ease.

Almost every Indian is having a 4G enabled Smartphone is using Reliance Jio sim card with lots of free services which includes free unlimited internet access high speed up to 1GB daily or as per your choosen plan, Free Voice and Video call, Free Unlimited SMS not but not the least free unlimited access to reliance jio all premium apps for free of cost.
Now for 4G services, there is a major issue of Voice, and Video calling as 4G LTE services VoLTE (Voice over LTE) feature should be there to call directly from phone dialer directly.
According to Wikipedia: Voice over Long-Term Evolution (VoLTE) is a standard for high-speed wireless communication for mobile phones and data terminals. It’s based on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, with specific profiles for control and media planes of voice service on LTE defined by GSMA in PRD IR.92.

Many Smartphones which supports 4G services but the lack of VoLTE features in it, so to tackle this issue Reliance Jio has a free Android app called Jio 4G Voice previously named as Jio Jio, with this app a user can make voice and video calls simultaneously as it comes with dialer and other calling features.

How to
Fix Reliance Jio 4G Voice offline Problem
- Firstly switch off your 4G enabled smartphone.
- Open back panel and Make sure Reliance Jio sim card is Inserted 1st sim slot & turn on mobile again.
- Now Go to Settings > Mobile networks & click on ‘search network manually.’
Fix Reliance Jio 4G Voice offline Problem - Wait for search results after that You need to select Jio 4G.
- Once you get registered on the network, install/open Jio4GVoice app.
- It will show you offline status.
- Now turn on mobile data.
- Jio 4G Voice will start connecting to network & once the connection established, it will show you status as online.

Method: 2
Another Process to Fix Reliance Jio 4G Voice offline Problem:
The above method works for sure for all 4G compatible devices, but if you are in a hurry or do not prefer to restart the phone, then this process can also work well for you.
- Disable you Mobile data/Internet data.
- Go to Settings >> Apps >> Running apps >> Tap on Jio4GVoice >> Force Stop Jio4GVoice.
- Go to Settings >> Mobile Networks >> Flight Mode.
Fix Reliance Jio 4G Voice offline Problem - Simply Turn on Flight Mode for 1 Minute, make sure you can see Aeroplane icon on the status bar of your 4G compatible smartphone.
- Now Turn off Flight mode and wait for Reliance Jio signals to appear.
- Now Run Jio4GVoice, initially it will show connecting and afterward it will show online.
- All Done. Enjoy free unlimited voice and video calling with Reliance 4G Jio4GVoice calling app.
Method 3:
- In this, you simply need to download older version of Jio4GVoice: Google Drive Download Link
- File Password: Tricksworldzz
- Install on your device.
- All done, this is an older version, as per one of our blog reader (Santosh Yadav) has shared this, as per him this issue is occurring after the new version of Jio4GVoice.

Tried the method number 2
Worked magic. Now I am able to use it.
Steps:
1) force stop jio4GVoice
2) turn on airplane mode for 2 mins
3) turn off airplane mode
4) now start jio4GVoice
5) do the setup … Voila done 🙂

Yes we are aware of this thing as many IOS users reported the same, for you guys convience We have contacted Jio team via email and they have replied that we are still in testing phase of Jio4GVoice app on IOS devices and we are pushing updates on regular basis.
For now i can only say try to uninstalling and reinstall Jio4GVoice on your device.
Also we need to accept that it’s an issue of Jio4GVoice app and we all need to wait for an stable Jio4Gvoice for IOS devices.
It still shows offline via both methods .
Finally I get solution give all permission alow to this app and turn on your location it will be online within seconds…

None of method is wirking for me even call 199 or 198 Please help me i am using meizu m3s when i first time update my jio 4g voice there is same problem so i downgrade my app but now Mr. Ambani also confuse that why this person dont update the app so give him no choice to use downgrade app so today i was update my app and used ur all method but my app is offline till now….. my jio sim as sim 1 olso so please please please help me….

Jio 4G voice app didn’t worked for me as well, using Lenovo k3 note, sim is in slot 1 but after installing jio4gvoice app and giving permissions it try to register then it gives message “configuration update required”…Done every trick available online…Pls help…

Sorry for delayed reply. Nisha may i know which smartphone you are using?
At my end i have researched that some of smartphones like Asus series has this issues due Intel processors. For those we can’t do much with that instead of waiting for new OTA updates from phone manufacturer.

doesnt work for me.
After installation of 4g Voice app,when i try to open it ..it will take permission and registering..but suddenly message shows Insert a sim in to the device.
Sim is already in phone and Net is working fine.
Please provide the solution for the same.

Is issue still persist ? Sorry for delay reply buy after checking latest update logs we can see that Jio4Gvoice had fixed lots of bugs now, please try to update app and use latest version of the same.
