Enable sim card [Contact CC [customer care]if 3G is not active]
Balance should be Rs. 1

How you can use this trick :

Mobile users :

Open Mobile Settings
Navigate to >> Mobile Networks>>Apn Settings>>Add New Apn Setting using below provided proxy , port and home page.
Done Open your default mobile browser.
