Sir i have recently received an offer from airtel that recharge 244 rs get unlimited airtel call and 70 gb 1 gb per day and there was not any t&c written there… I am having 3g handset but there wasn’t ny terms and conditions i have recharge for 244 but i the 1 gb does not working what should i do please help…
It should also work on 3G mode. If this isn’t working anymore with 3G network just try to make recharge of smallest 3G pack.
If after doing this things does’t go well then feel free to register your complain at 198.
Sir i have called to the 198 for complaining but they said that they can’t do anything for this and they sending an message at the time of call and on tht message there is t&c is written nd they said that they can’t do anything for this
Oh! That’s bad. The only option remains in this case is you use this internet data with any 4G device. Ask any of your friends or family member if they have any extra 4G dongle or phone.

I wish i could help you in this but unfortunately nothing can be done as amount has been already charged for the service and internet data has been credited. The only thing you can use data with 4G device.
but sir its the mistake of the airtel care so why i m paying for there fault t&c was not written there
